Reservations may also be made by calling the hotel at 304-876-2551. The Bavarian will hold the room block until August 17; after that reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at rack rates.

Check in time is 3 pm; check out time is 12 noon; these times are strictly observed unless an individual has made prior arrangements with the Bavarian. All room reservations must be guaranteed for the full length of the person’s stay. Late arrivals/early departures are subject to being charged the contracted nightly rate per night dropped. No shows will be charged the nightly rate for the first night’s stay. The Bavarian’s cancellation policy is seven days prior before 3 pm in order to receive a full deposit refund; otherwise individuals are subject to a one night room/tax cancellation fee.
