HBP’s secure Insite server can be found at:
https://insite.hbp.com

New users will need a name, password, and email address to log on to the HBP Insite server.
You may request one at insite@hbp.com.


Using Insite:

Your company firewall must accept insite.hbp.com as a trusted server. 
Please have your IT department grant this permission before using Insite.

Please run the “System Diagnostics” (under the login) from the Insite home page for each user’s workstation. 
This same diagnostics can be found in the lower left-hand portion of each window.
This will check your web browser and plug-ins for compatibility, and offer suggestions where problems arise.
(Adobe Flash, Java and Javascript must be enabled to use certain properties of Insite).

High resolution press ready pdfs are the preferred uploads to Insite and are the only files that will automatically process. 
(HBP can supply you with the proper pdf settings.)
